Meet The Founder

For more than 15 years, Elizabeth Kwolek has partnered with executive teams to navigate growth, change, and transformation across technology, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and education.

Her experience led to the discovery that sustainable growth doesn't come from a single campaign, initiative, or department. It comes from aligning people around shared priorities, creating organizational clarity, and building the discipline to execute consistently.

She specializes in helping mid-sized organizations that are large enough to face complex growth challenges, yet agile enough to implement meaningful change and see results quickly.

A Different Perspective On Growth

Dellek Advisory brings a unique blend of experience spanning executive management, public relations and marketing, agency leadership, and journalism. Early in her career, Kwolek developed a talent for asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and uncovering the deeper issues behind complex challenges. She later led marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives for regional and nationally recognized brands before moving into executive leadership roles overseeing sales, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams.

This diverse experience provides a whole-view perspective compared to segment-specific focused consulting. Having worked closely with leadership teams while leading initiatives across multiple business functions, she understands how decisions made in one area of an organization impact performance across the entire business.

Today, she helps leaders uncover the root causes behind stalled growth, competing priorities, and organizational friction. Rather than viewing challenges through the lens of a single department, she takes a holistic approach—examining how strategy, leadership, operations, sales, marketing, communication, and customer experience work together to create sustainable growth.
